The Principal of the College, Dr. R. D. Thilaga, is in charge of the Grievance Redressal Cell. The Principal, Vice-Principal, Academic Coordinator, Hostel Warden, Women Faculty Members, and Student Representatives have been appointed to this Cell, per the UGC's proposal. The Committee convenes twice a year and more frequently if needed.

In order to improve the efficiency and functionality of the College's disciplinary system, this Cell is closely connected to it. As reflected in our vision and mission statements, the Preventive System of education forms the basis for the general goals and objectives of the Cell's operations. Therefore, by regular staff and college authority supervision and guidance, situations and circumstances that would encourage any act of undesired behaviour and conduct are minimised.

• Creating a teaching and support staff team that is accountable and morally upright when handling student matters.
• In order to foster positive and healthy relationships between students, teachers, and staff, the College aims to maintain a calm and welcoming environment.

(a) Handling general complaints from students, the public (pertaining to the College), and staff, and offering solutions within the parameters of College/University/Government regulations
(b) Giving the relevant HODs and Class Mentors instructions on how to handle the grievances
(c) To report the issues to the principal
(d) To address the concerns raised by students regarding the examination or exams and suggest appropriate corrective action.
